James Fendelman

James "Jimmy" Fendelman has twenty years of litigation experience, including hundreds of trials and thousands of lawsuits.  He is respected among fellow counsels as an extremely proficient and ethical practitioner.  He has experience running a wide variety of litigation matters.  His areas of practice include litigation, arbitration and mediation, asset location and post-judgment collections.

 

James is heavily involved in the local community, serving on three boards and acting president of a local private high school.  He is a devoted husband to his wife, Elana, and a loving father to their five children.  Free time is spent providing endless entertainment, surprises and satisfaction to his children at home.

Randolph Abrams

Randy was ​born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, graduating from Ritenour High School.  He then served six years in the United States Navy as a nuclear plant operator with four of those years onboard the USS Carl Vinson, a Nimitz Class aircraft carrier.  Randy earned a B.S in science in 2003 from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and his J.D. degree in 2008 from St. Louis University School of Law.

 

While having a general legal practice, Randy concentrates his practice on the areas of family law, adoption, guardianships and non-probate transfers.  He was admitted to practice in the State of Missouri in 2008, and in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri in 2009.
