Mr. Paull was born in St. Louis, Missouri on March 23, 1948; and is a principal and one of the founding members of Fendelman, Paull & Associates, L.L.C. He graduated from high school, valedictorian, in 1966 from L'Ecole des Roches in Switzerland; and received a B.A. from the University of Missouri Columbia and his Juris Doctorate in 1974 from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. During law school Mr. Paull worked for Shelby County Legal Services Association as a legal aid lawyer, and upon graduation he became an associate with a general practice law firm and then with an insurance defense law firm, both in St. Louis County. Mr. Paull also worked as a St. Louis County Public Defender before starting my own practice in January 1976. He was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and is currently an active member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Metropolitan Bar Association, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
